Do I need to be experienced?
Most weekly classes are ‘mixed ability and Margaret is experienced in teaching at all levels and will direct you what to do or NOT do and a maybe a ‘different’ way to do, in the beginning.  The Sunday workshops are for more experienced and go deeper into the Yoga practice for those who want to progress further.

Can I pay for a drop-in?
Yes – although it works out much cheaper to pay for a ten week term in advance (and you can come to any class on another day to substitute if you miss one (but only within the ten week period). Also if you pay for term in advance you take an ‘extra’ class during the week at the lower rate of £9
